One missing object, one disciplined effect.
This fictional showcase treats conservation as an encounter with uncertainty. The signature specimen is original WebGL shader work: 18,000 point sprites move through authored states rather than a linear scrub.
Craft and technology
Astro supplies the semantic document. Three.js creates one progressive layer. The shader changes particle displacement, density and opacity while the object itself stays mathematically compact.
Accessibility
The experience has a complete text narrative, visible focus, high-contrast pairings and a static specimen when reduced motion is requested. WebGL is never required to understand or navigate the case.
Performance and provenance
Particle count and device pixel ratio reduce on small screens. Fonts are self-hosted under the SIL Open Font License. The identity and shader are original; award sites informed technique standards only.
Process
The design was locked before implementation, then reviewed through fine-comb, complexify and reduction passes. Research, prompts, brand construction and verification evidence remain in the repository.
